Nicole creates artworks that encourage us to appreciate nature, our environment, and to also preserve, appreciate, and nurture nature and its natural resources as nature intended.

The province is called the "Heel of Italy". Located on the Salento peninsula, It is on the Salentine Peninsula, at the heel of the Italian Peninsula, and is over two thousand years old.
Lecce is celebrated for its distinctive "Lecce stone," a unique type of limestone that graces its stunning buildings, architecture, and sculptures.
Lecce, often referred to as the ''Florence of the South''
Lecce is The Puglia’s Salento region, is built in the local softlimestone with stunning architectural surprises around every corner.
Baroque architecture in Lecce is characterized by its exuberance and grandeur. The style is impressive and dramatic, designed to evoke a sense of awe and wonder. THE EXHIBITION AND THE ARTISTS
WOMEN’S ART POWER was born as a cultural dialogue between Italian and international artists and with WEAVING DREAMS. LIVING TIME the event is renewed in the name of discovery, enchantment and poetry, with a dreamlike journey between stages and passages, between stops and restarts. The word “Weaving” refers to the act of intertwining the threads of the weft with those of the warp on the loom and “Living time” unifies opposing concepts such as immobility and flow, matter and the ineffable in defining the boundaries of our existence.

Nicole Martinelli is an international award winning Artist and photographer that has been featured in prominent galleries throughout the United States and Europe. The Artist and Photographer, Nicole Martinelli, is originally from the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She now resides in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, area, where she finds inspiration`in the surrounding mountains and rural areas for her latest artworks and photographs. Nicole Martinelli's Photography and Hand-Painted E Paintings have been featured in numerous prestigious In Gallery Juried group exhibitions at galleries throughout the US and Europe, Galleries including yet not limited to; The Marblehead Arts Association Gallery in Massachusetts, Mosaic Arts Gallery, Mosaic arts district Fairfax Virginia, BWAC Gallery in Brooklyn New York, San Diego Museum of Art Artist Guild and CORE Art Space in Colorado. The Artist and photographer has gained both National and International success and received awards in multiple international exhibitions based in Geneva, Switzerland.
The artist was accepted and exhibited in a prestigious Five-month international juried exhibition held in the Bernese Oberland Region of the Swiss Alps and one of the most renowned breathtaking locations in the world, Gstaad, Switzerland. Both of my artworks,
Requiem of Flowers and
Nostalgic Terrain Floral Daydream, tell a story, inviting my viewers to reflect on the parallels between the life cycle of a flower and our own journey of self-discovery, self-realization, and growth. -Artist, Photographer Nicole Martinelli
'' The connection between human growth and the metaphoric value represented by flowers in both artworks serves as a reminder of our own potential for growth, encouraging us to embrace change and healing while always remembering to water and nurture our inner selves so we can all bloom into our full potential.
Requiem of the Flowers, is a distinctive work that merges photography with painting. I created this piece using a touchscreen computer and painted manually with a stylus. This innovative technique allowed me the opportunity to create while battling illness. The artwork incorporates photographic elements alongside abstract painted features.
Nostalgic Terrain Floral Daydream, drew inspiration from an oil painting I was unable to finish due to health challenges. It was painted by using my stylus and touchscreen computer, utilizing a painting program that provides a spectrum of colors for shading and depth, as well as brushes of varying sizes for intricate detailing. The painting process and final outcome closely resemble traditional techniques, layered colors, details, and brushwork.'' -Artist, Photographer

The Artist and photographer, Nicole Martinelli,
The Artist and photographer, Nicole Martinelli, has a unique artistic perspective and remarkable talent, along with the ability to view the world around her as if it were a painting and a work of art, which is reflected in her captures. This is a skill naturally acquired through her early dedication to oil painting, where she would utilize her photographs as reference material for her paintings. The color enhancements, high contrast, and vivid color palette frequently create a striking resemblance of her photographs to landscape paintings, using saturation and contrast to create a full sensation and feeling of gazing at and viewing a painting.
The artist's perspective, having originally been a painter and an artist—rather than merely a photographer—allows her to view natural landscapes through a distinct artistic lens. This unique artistic vision sets her apart from other photographers who do not possess a background in art and painting.
'' As both an artist and a photographer, I must be compelled by the beauty of the subject matter to determine if the image and scenery should be captured and shared with the world. It is when the image or subject stirs an emotion within me that I feel compelled to capture it—whether it be a feeling, a distant memory, or the echoes of a favored impressionist scene of a beloved painting. There must always be a profound inner connection with my subject matter. Nature has always captivated me with its natural beauty and the solace and peace it has always offered me. I am simply capturing and presenting to you the life, beauty, and serenity of nature that resonates with us all—while capturing and encapsulating the feelings and beauty that resonate within my own presence in that particular moment of time, embodied in each of my photographs.

Water carries deep significance for the world around us. I have always been an enthusiastic swimmer, cherishing the moments spent in the water at my grandparent's cottage in northern Wisconsin, Green Lake, and later as a member of the swim team. Water carries deep significance for me personally and Water is the quintessence of life, and holds a profound significance for me and for life itself. Through my lens, I am able to freeze in time the crashing waves against a backdrop of a breathtaking sunset - a moment that is typically only stored in our minds as a memory. Nature offers us the opportunity to stand still and bask in its warm embrace, providing a constant source of comfort and serenity.''- Artist Photographer Nicole Martinelli
